there are two important points: the first is to do the important things first. The second is to do one thing at a time.
Drucker has four criteria to judge the priority of doing things:
The first one is to focus on the future rather than the past.
the second is to attach importance to opportunities and not to difficulties.
the third is to choose your own direction and not blindly follow it.
the fourth is to aim high and be innovative, not just for safety and convenience.
How to use the priority rule,
Whether it conforms to things that are beneficial to the future, such as study, exercise and habitual thinking, are all beneficial to the future, so you can give priority to these things.
whether it meets the opportunity or not, the things related to the opportunity will be given priority.
whether it conforms to the direction you choose, put it in the front.
Set your own goals higher and more innovative, not just for convenience and safety. Give priority to things related to your goals.
