It's messy. In places with natural beauty like parks, toilets are often a necessity that makes people feel a little unfortunate. There are different design solutions-from making the toilet look like a quaint villa to those huts hidden by trees or underground, designers can always give a decent way. But when architect Lahz Nimmo designed the public toilet in Sidney Centennial Memorial Park, he decided to take a more frank approach-relying on the rules of architectural structure and pictographic features, to create a simple and modern building, so as to integrate it into the park environment without detracting from its natural beauty.
