Positivism law: advocating the separation of law and morality. That is, the law is the order of the monarch, and what kind of legal provisions should be followed, without exception. Legal positivism defines legal concepts with authoritative formulation and social effect.

Analytical positivism: it is a legal concept headed by authoritative formulation in positivist law.

Legal sociology and legal realism are legal concepts with social effect as the core in positivist law.

Natural law: advocates that law is the embodiment of human reason. When defining the concept of law, in addition to authoritative formulation and social timeliness, the correctness of content must be the defining element.

There should be no difference between legal sociology and realism in the judicial examination, and there is no provision in the syllabus.
