The giver of a grain of rice is as big as Xumishan. People who practice as monks can't stand it if they don't practice hard.
Practice and work are carried out at the same time: Buddhism is about mind, work, eating and sleeping are all practices, and meditation is the most taboo. If you think that practice is practice and work is work, you don't understand Buddhism and Zen, and you are out of mind.
We should understand that work is practice. If you can't think of it, you can't meditate outside, but focus on your heart.
