This book is the autobiography of Vaclav Havel, the current president of Czechoslovakia. It also describes the Czech political situation, the Czech "July 7th Charter" movement, the citizens' forum and their situations. Oriental Publishing House 1992 was "issued internally" by the central authorities for leading comrades of the party, government and army and relevant personnel to understand and study the Czech political situation.
