Over the past year or so, he has handled civil administrative appeal cases, filed cases, refused to file cases, submitted protest cases, suggested retrial and procuratorial suggestions, and obtained court judgments. The remaining cases are being processed. In 20 10, with the efforts of all comrades, the target assessment of the People's Bank of China's procuratorial work jumped from the 38th place in 2009 to the 8th place10, completing the target assessment task assigned by the Party Committee of the Institute. Especially in handling the "Ivy Company Series" case, the procurator-general personally guided and presided over the reconciliation between the complainant and the respondent, and with the support of the branches of the People's Bank of China, he finally promoted the reconciliation of the parties through protest, creating an "Ivy" model of protest procuratorial work, which is a successful experience and worth inheriting and popularizing.

Since I graduated from the technical secondary school of industrial electrical automation in Chongqing Light Industry School, I have successively completed the specialized study of economic management, the undergraduate study of politics and law and the undergraduate study of law. In 2008, I also participated in the first short-term training of modern economic knowledge for police officers in Chongqing. What makes me feel particularly gratified is that in 2007, when I was 42 years old, I passed the judicial examination, which is known as the best in the world, so that I basically mastered the legal professional knowledge of procuratorial work and laid a solid legal theoretical foundation for carrying out civil procuratorial work.

In addition, in the procuratorial work, I actively study, think hard, constantly sum up and improve, and have strong writing and research ability. For example, on 20 10, I was in charge, and with the participation of all police officers in the Civil Affairs Department, I completed the research project of the party group supporting prosecution with high quality. The research paper "Puzzlement and Analysis of Grass-roots Procuratorates' Support for Prosecution" won the third prize of the national symposium on procuratorial organs' service to urban-rural integration.

Gold is not enough, and no one is perfect. Although I mentioned some advantages above, there are still many shortcomings, which must be corrected in the future work.

If I compete for the post of Director of the Civil Affairs Department today, my working idea is: under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, carry out the practical activities on the theme of "carrying forward the tradition, strengthening the faith and enforcing the law for the people", vigorously push the procuratorial work of the Civil Affairs Department to a new level, and fully complete all tasks assigned by the party group of the Institute.

In terms of working methods, we should concentrate on handling key cases, actively strive for the support of the party group of the Institute, strengthen communication and coordination with other units according to the model of "Qi Teng Company Series Cases" last year, and strive to do a good job in "East Trade Company Series Cases", which will certainly complete the tasks assigned by the party group of the Institute.

While concentrating on key cases, we should establish a working idea of overall promotion to ensure the comprehensive completion of the objectives and tasks. It is necessary to make a breakthrough in the difficulty of supervising the court to execute cases, actively carry out innovation in supporting prosecution, urging prosecution, public interest litigation and social management, actively compile cases, strive for zero breakthrough, and at the same time strengthen contact with professional investigation departments and actively transfer professional investigation clues.

Third, strengthen contact, win support and broaden the source of the case.

It is necessary to strengthen the contact with administrative law enforcement and social management departments, especially the contact and communication between the procuratorial liaison office, law firm and legal aid center of the Judicial Bureau of our hospital, broaden the source of the case and find new highlights in civil procuratorial work. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen communication with the court filing court, the trial supervision court and the executive court, and improve the adoption rate and revision rate of retrial procuratorial suggestions.

Fourth, integrate human resources and innovate management methods.

It is necessary to learn from the professional investigation bureau, completely change the past single-handedly handling case mode, implement centralized handling case mode, free experienced veteran comrades from complicated affairs, let young comrades handle the writing and handling of legal documents online, concentrate on handling anti-construction cases, and strive for a major breakthrough in the number of anti-construction cases.
