However, in practical terms, it is very complicated. For a long time, we have regarded falsehood as true and non-self as true self. Taking what is not possible as gain, suffering a lot in delusion, and forming a solid habit. Therefore, there are 84,000 methods to avoid delusions, just to adapt to different people's habits.

The Buddha’s words have given us supreme enlightenment and supreme courage. Where do we start learning Buddhism? It is from believing that you have the same supreme wisdom and ability as the Buddha, and then touching the switch that turns on the light of your own nature. When you turn it on, you discover that there are so many mistakes, and you make up your mind to correct them.

So the first thing to believe in the Buddha is to believe in oneself, and the self-nature is the Buddha. The second is to believe in the Buddha.
