Therefore, the word originally refers to using virtue to influence the other party to submit, rather than using force. In the process of evolution, it has gradually become a description of how to win a war easily, and is often used with "chicken out". If one side of the war "blowing in the wind", then it can also be said that the other side "won without bloodshed".
