In fact, this is a growing process since I graduated from college.

after I graduated from college, I personally stopped growing.

one day, I suddenly realized that I couldn't live like this any longer.

Only two years after graduation, you are so decadent. What about the rest of your life?

I realized it was time to catch up and grow up, so I started a process of chasing growth day by day for ten years.

by this year, I have just graduated from college for 12 years, and I have neglected for 2 years, and the other 1 years have been used for growth, which seems not too bad.

compared with myself 1 years ago, I have grown 1 times faster.

Then how can I grow up so fast?

This leads us to the second part, which is "With the help of the five great artifacts, I am becoming more and more car-scrapping".

Let me share these five big thinking one by one.

first of all, what is the thinking that starts with the end?

In fact, it corresponds to "Where am I going?" .

I think about this question every day. One day, I finally figured out the answer.

My goal is to be a lifelong grower.

I don't want to live a 3.1-point life every day, and I want to live an institutional life where I can see the end at a glance.

I am eager to challenge myself. I am the kind of person who tries not to take the same route when going to a place and going back and forth.

what should I do to achieve lifelong growth?

the answer is "study, study, and then study".

for several years in between, after work every day, I would take a bus to take part in learning activities. Sometimes in order to catch the 7 o'clock show, I can't even eat dinner, so I buy some bread and finish eating it.

Yes, isn't it just to meet a better self that you travel around Dai Yue to study? Isn't it a better explanation for your future self?

if I have no study activities to attend, I will stay at home and study. I read 2 books a year, which is how I read them. Many people ask me how to read 2 books a year. I want to say that you can do it if you want.

The advantage of persistent study is that I grow up very fast.

For example, to solve a problem, I basically only have a single-dimensional solution before I study.

after long-term study, I know how to start from systematic thinking and can propose multi-dimensional solutions.

There is no road in life in vain, and every step counts.

I think the road I traveled in those years made me who I am today.

if I didn't have an epiphany 1 years ago and didn't expect to start with the end, I might still have been in a muddle for the past 1 years. I was awakened 1 years ago, and I turned on the switch of 1 times growth.

I always believe: "Pursue lifelong growth and you will be unstoppable".

The second thinking that helps me grow up quickly is the probabilistic thinking that I study. In particular, the Bayesian probability reasoning in it is particularly helpful to me.

I think this book is worth reading for each of us.

why should we learn probabilistic thinking?

Pythagoras, a great philosopher, said, "Everything is counted".

In fact, the essence of our life is a numbers game.

and how is this number game played?

in fact, you just need to learn probability to have fun.

take myself as an example. In 1617, it was a bonus period for writing on the new media platform. I also did this at that time, and I got a good sideline income every month.

including my single article with a reading of over one million, I wrote it in that bonus period.

At that time, the platform strongly promoted articles. As long as your writing level is not too bad, you will probably get a good income.

However, in recent years, after the popularity of short videos, the efforts to promote articles on the platform have obviously fallen behind.

Like many people in WeChat official account, the reading volume has been seriously declining. If you just make an article at this time and don't want to make short videos, you still want to earn the same income as writing articles before, and the probability of losing is as high as 99%.

Of course, if you are one of those gifted writing geniuses, that's another matter.

what I'm talking about here is what suits most ordinary people.

what is its underlying logic?

is a dynamic probability adjustment reasoning.

I think of a book, that is, everyone may have heard of The Distant Savior written by Doudou (the original TV series Heaven). This book has a companion piece called The World of Red Dust.

There's a wonderful sentence called "Don't walk until you see the road".

what is "don't walk when you see the road"?

Explaining in vernacular means that if you see the wrong road, don't go any further, but make adjustments according to the actual situation.

What is reflected behind this is the core idea of Marxism "seeking truth from facts", and it is also the strategic idea of "adapting to local conditions" that we ancients especially like to say.

in other words, what you do should change according to the change of conditions.

The essence of Bayesian probabilistic reasoning is that you can't walk when you see the road.

when you see that this road is impassable, you can re-reason, deduce a new road with higher success probability, and then follow this new road. Once this new road is found to be impassable, then continue to calculate the probability and change to a new road.

ok, let's talk about the third kind of thinking: "leverage is awesome". What do you mean?

That is, you should learn to look at the world from the shoulders of cattle people with the help of their strength.

you may say, I don't know any awesome people, so how can I leverage them? How to use their power?

if you think so, you are all wet.

in recent years, I have spent at least tens of thousands of dollars every year to learn from the cattle people outside. Remember, awesome people include not only your teachers but also your classmates.

Like I joined the DISC community before, I went to China Resources to give lectures to their management under the recommendation of my classmates. So, if you can leverage people and create some value for everyone, there are hardly too many opportunities for you.

in a word, learning to leverage and turn yourself into a cow is the key to solving all problems.

the fourth is dominant thinking. Dominant thinking is a bottom logic of financial thinking.

For example, a bank is rich, but is it rich?

no. One of the great things about banks is that they can control your money.

They earn the interest difference by controlling the money you put in and then lending, so that they can live very well.

a powerful bank, even as rich as an enemy.

the same logic applies to personal growth.

then how can we use dominant thinking in personal growth?

take myself as an example. I used to consult others and charged 5 yuan an hour.

If you are a consultant, you will know that this is the price of cabbage, which is not cost-effective.

To tell the truth, if I spend an hour doing other things, I have a good chance to earn more.

but why am I still willing to do this?

because it's losing money in the dark.

On the surface, it took me an hour to earn this 5 yuan, and I even had to make a lot of preparations in the early stage, so this account is a loss.

but, actually, I earned it. Because I am in control of this person who came to consult me.

First of all, he must have come with questions, so I can learn what this kind of person's thinking model is and why he has encountered the current problems in the process of chatting with him. In this process, I am listening to other people's stories and realizing my own life. I will know more about human nature.

I can learn so much without spending a penny, and I still have a little money to earn. Why not?

So, knowing how to dominate, not being tired physically and mentally, is wise slay.

The fifth kind of thinking is SB thinking.

There is a saying that if you don't think you were an idiot a year ago, it means you haven't grown up much.

Liu Cixin, the author of Three-body, said that weakness and ignorance are not obstacles to survival, but arrogance is.

people who have a bad life are often caused by arrogance.

obviously so ordinary, but so confident.

The result will not accompany you in acting. If you are so awesome, why didn't you get the result you wanted?

In my opinion, arrogance is the biggest obstacle to a person's growth.

I have experienced this process myself.

when I first went out to study, I always felt that this teacher spoke rubbish, and that teacher also spoke rubbish. As a result, after listening to a lot of classes, I didn't grow much.

later, I discovered that it was not the teacher's problem, but my own.

I always feel that a teacher needs to deliver 1% of the content that he has never heard before, so that he is qualified.

However, there is nothing new under the sun. How can there be so many new things?

Every time you attend class or read a book, if you can learn something that can help you a lot, you will already make a profit.

the problem that 9% of people face is that they have heard a lot of sermons, but they just don't use them. No wonder they can't live a good life.

in my opinion, let go of arrogance and become a Buddha. Admit that you are an SB and become a Buddha. That's what the ancients said, "Even the wisest man is foolish".

So, if you have "SB" thinking, you will have a great future.

I think the answer is "one phone and everything". What is the "one" of growth?

the "one" of growth, the so-called first principle, seems to me to be "continuously upgrading the operating system that integrates knowledge and practice".

if you are in full bloom, the breeze will come; If you constantly upgrade this system, life will be as gorgeous as a kaleidoscope.
