I don't know where you read it, but some of it is from the Art of War. The seventh chapter of "Military Struggle" is about a veteran who was seriously ill. His Xu Rulin invaded like a fire, but it was as hard to know as a mountain. For example, Lei Zhen plundered the countryside, divided interests and suspended power, but the prophet's circuitous plan won the law of this military struggle.
