In view of the key, difficult and hot issues faced by the current grassroots party building work, strengthening grassroots party building work must be in the spirit of reform, study new situations and new problems, and constantly explore ways to strengthen and improve the party’s leadership under new situations. We should take a new approach to the construction of ideological, organizational, and work style systems, actively practice, boldly innovate, and use the "four grasps" as a means to actively play the role of grassroots party organizations and strive to improve the level of party building.

Focus on education and strengthen the body

Strengthening the self-construction of township party committees, especially Marxist education, is crucial. Under the new situation, we must grasp three positions in particular. First of all, do a good job in the study of the central group of the party committee. Members of the party committee should strengthen their political theoretical knowledge of Marxism, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of "Three Represents" and relevant market economic knowledge, and make monthly party committee central study groups regular and institutionalized. Two grasping mechanisms for vitality

1. Taking the "four haves" as the starting point, we should actively explore the mechanism that combines corporate party organizations and corporate governance

First, corporate party organizations must have a seat. Break the situation that the party organization is a vassal of the enterprise, change the pure employment relationship, ensure that there are party members in key positions and in technical achievements, truly give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of enterprise party members, and change the prejudices of business owners.

Third, the enterprise party organization must be attractive. Enterprise party organizations, trade unions, and league organizations should straighten out their relationships and give full play to the role of party organizations in uniting and cohesion among employees. Carry out various activities to train league members to actively join the party, so that young workers can feel the warmth of the party organization.

Fourth, the enterprise party organization must have supervision. 2. Focusing on optimizing management, explore the management mechanism for foreign party members

Four grasp the team and set an example
