This is a famous saying in Zuo Zhuan, which means that the security of a country is closely related to its leaders. If a country's leaders are incompetent, immoral or heartless, then the country will fall into a crisis and capsize, and this crisis may even last for 3 years. Zuo Zhuan, an old biography written by Zuo Qiuming in the Spring and Autumn Period, is believed to have been compiled by people in the Warring States Period [31]. It is the first chronological history book with complete narrative in ancient China, and it is also the representative of prose works in the pre-Qin period. The original name of the work was Zuo's Spring and Autumn Annals, but it was renamed Zuo's Biography in the Spring and Autumn Annals and Zuo's Biography in the Han Dynasty, and it was often called Zuo's Biography after the Han Dynasty. It is one of the important Confucian classics and an important study history book for Confucian students in past dynasties. Together with Biography of Ram and Biography of Guliang, it is called "Three Biographies of Spring and Autumn".
