On April 20th, I was lucky enough to listen to a lecture on "Lifelong Learning as a Teacher" by Yu Yi, a famous educator. After listening to this, I was deeply touched, and then I kept thinking about this question: How should I be a responsible kindergarten teacher?

It is undeniable that a kindergarten teacher and a qualified kindergarten teacher should have solid professional knowledge and solid professional skills. But seeing that there is no examination system in kindergarten, I think a kindergarten teacher should have a strong sense of responsibility and mission.

Because I am a kindergarten teacher, I am responsible for my children. When lovely and simple faces appear in front of me, I want to be clear about my responsibilities. I want to know that these flowers of the future are all looking forward to their careful care. To really understand these things, I want to do the following: First, make full preparations for each class. Although there is no evaluation requirement for children receiving kindergarten education, every child has the right to hope to acquire new knowledge. Of course, this is also the most direct and practical purpose for parents to send their children to the park. As a kindergarten teacher, we should always keep these things in mind, make full preparations and have a good class. Then constantly improve their teaching level and try to benefit children in every class. Second, treat every child equally. Children's development level is uneven, and teachers are sometimes biased, but as long as you observe carefully, it is not difficult to find that those children who are left in the forgotten corner by themselves actually have some bright spots, but they have not been carefully excavated after being blacklisted. Take the kindergarten children in our class as an example. When she first came to kindergarten, she was too timid to communicate with her teachers and friends. She didn't have enough for lunch and dared not ask the teacher to add more rice. At first, because of her behavior, the teacher often classified her as a child with poor ability and ignored her. But after a long talk with her parents, I decided to learn more about this child and change it. I still remember walking on the balance beam in an outdoor activity. The other children lined up on the balance beam, but she looked at them from a distance. Later, I went up to her, held her little hand and said to her, "Come, the teacher will help you walk there. The teacher believes you can do it. " After listening to my words, she tripped on the balance beam and smiled. In the following days, I paid attention to this child as always. Finally, to my delight, she slowly changed herself and gradually adapted to the life in kindergarten. Third, teachers should set an example, set a good teacher image for children, and let children have an example to imitate. Sometimes in kindergarten classes, we often see a series of irregular behaviors such as children grabbing cups and drinking water, grabbing toys from others, deliberately cutting tables and chairs. Teachers will point out these irregular behaviors of children every time, but with little effect. Calm down and reflect on these irresponsible behaviors of children, it is not difficult to find that one of the root causes of this situation actually comes from teachers. We all know that children have strong imitation ability, so if we are not careful, a teacher's irresponsible behavior will directly affect children. For example, if a teacher eats food brought by a child at will, it will create an illusion in the child's mind that other people's things can be used at will, as our teacher does, so can I. Once this illusion takes root in the child's mind, it will form a habit, and once the habit is formed, it will affect the child's future study and life. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to set an example and let their responsible behavior cultivate children's good sense of responsibility.

Because I am a kindergarten teacher, I am responsible for my parents. Parents give their children to the teacher. Surrender their trust. As teachers, we should turn this trust into a responsibility. Try your best to love every child as you love your own. In addition, due to the age characteristics of children, it is particularly important to communicate with parents and do a good job of family interaction. If the former garden child didn't communicate with her parents in time, her problems may not be discovered until now.

Because I am a kindergarten teacher, I am responsible for the kindergarten. For every kindergarten teacher, kindergarten has created a platform for learning and development. Every teacher should use his diligence and hard work, with a grateful heart, to build this platform more spectacular.

Because I am a kindergarten teacher, I am responsible for the country. Kindergarten is the place where everyone receives formal education for the first time, and children have laid a solid cognitive foundation under kindergarten education. It will do her no harm to enter the society and contribute to the motherland in the future. Therefore, the future of the motherland needs us to cultivate well. In addition, children often set up the image of teachers from the beginning of kindergarten teachers, so paying attention to their words and deeds is an important way to make the glorious image of teachers deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

Because I am a kindergarten teacher, I should constantly reflect on myself. Although kindergarten teachers will inevitably encounter all kinds of disappointments in their work and life, we must always remember a famous saying of Roman Roland said by teacher Yu Yi: Tired, tired is the best thing that life gives you. It is also an accumulation of experience to let setbacks temper your will and make yourself "strong" in setbacks. I remember my classmates also told me that children nowadays are not easy to discipline. However, I feel that since I have chosen to be a kindergarten teacher, I must work hard. Children need communication. Only when you are kind to them will they be willing to be close to you and listen to you. You should squat down and talk to children, make them as tall as children and tell you their secrets.

Because I am a kindergarten teacher, perhaps for various reasons, my professional knowledge is not rich enough and my professional skills are not solid enough, but I am willing to be a responsible kindergarten teacher, caring for my children with my heart, sharing the future years with them and recalling the lost years.
