On How to Cultivate Good Etiquette Habits of Pupils
Cultivating students' good manners is an important part of school education. I think we can cultivate pupils' good manners and promote the formation of their healthy personality from four aspects: campus culture infiltration, routine behavior training, characteristic activity experience and school-based curriculum implementation. Xunzi, a great educator in our country, once said: "People are not born if they are rude, things are not successful if they are rude, and countries are uneasy if they are rude." Obviously, the importance of etiquette education. It is not a general courtesy education, but an education of moral cultivation and sound personality. Childhood is not only the embryonic period of the founder's personality, but also the foundation period of learning to be a man, and it is also the best period for etiquette education. Therefore, cultivating pupils' good manners is an important part of school education. Connecting with the practice of our school, this paper probes into how to cultivate students' good manners and habits. First, the infiltration of campus culture into campus is the best place to educate people. The careful layout and theme construction of campus environment has become an important carrier of school culture, which has a subtle value orientation for human development. Based on the educational function of school culture, we hung cartoons or famous sayings and portraits about etiquette in classrooms, corridors and publicity columns. In addition, pay close attention to the construction of civilized etiquette education positions and run the red scarf radio station well. The neat, beautiful and energetic campus environment attracts students' attention. Therefore, campus culture has a good influence on students' mental outlook and civilized behavior. Second, promote the big with the small, carry out routine training 1, attach importance to "norms" and strengthen routine behavior training. We take the "Code of Daily Behavior for Primary School Students" and "Code of Conduct for Primary Schools" as the standards, and regard the cultivation education of students as an important task that we have been making unremitting efforts. At the beginning of each semester, reiterate the rules and regulations of the school, so that students can realize how important it is to develop behavior habits. We pay close attention to daily training and make civilization concrete. For example, the training of queuing and admission order in the whole school; Standardized and unified training in practice; Training of standing, standing and walking; Say hello to the teacher, posture training, etc. Teachers should strengthen students' good performance in daily training, and at the same time focus on helping students with bad habits and urging them to correct them. Only by requiring students to standardize their words and deeds at all times can they be effective for a long time. 2. Pay attention to the "flag-raising ceremony" and carry out routine education on etiquette. The flag-raising ceremony every Monday is a favorable opportunity for ideological education for students. Our school pays attention to selecting students with excellent academic performance as standard bearers. They are required to have strict flag-raising training, accurate movements and understanding the significance of flag-raising. At the flag-raising ceremony, our school requires all students to wear school uniforms and follow the requirements of flag-raising etiquette. When raising the flag, stand solemnly, don't look around, don't talk, don't make small moves. If you are late, just stand still and wait until the national flag reaches the top of the pole before jumping in line. When the national flag is raised, the players should salute the team, not the players. Watching the national flag slowly rise to the top of the flagpole. Sing the national anthem neatly, accurately and loudly. Schools make good use of "speaking under the national flag" to educate students on patriotism, customs and habits. 3. Bring ceremony with ceremony, and highlight the exemplary role of teachers. Confucius once said: "It is just and not ordered; His body is not right, although he does not obey. " Teachers lead by example and provide silent guidance to students. For example, it is much better for teachers to take the lead in picking up scraps of paper on campus than for teachers to reprimand students for "why don't you pick up scraps of paper when you see them". When students see the teacher say hello, the teacher should also nod or wave to say hello to the students; When the teacher did something wrong, he dared to apologize to the students. Such a section reflects the respect for students and allows students to be educated in a subtle way. Teachers should also insist on positive guidance and explanation, telling students what to do and how to be liked by everyone. In a word, I think the school insists on strengthening routine training, grasping new educational activities, vigorously building campus culture and opening up the main channel of etiquette classroom teaching, which will inevitably make students gradually understand, learn and practice etiquette knowledge, thus forming the habit of stressing civilization and etiquette and promoting the formation of healthy personality.
