3. Cultivate “small cadres” to make the squadron’s work even more powerful.

To build an excellent team, squadron counselors cannot work alone. Years of work practice have taught me that cultivating a strong backbone of the squadron is the core of building an excellent team. Therefore, every time I lead a squadron, I pay special attention to training squadron cadres. In the classes I have led, everyone is a "class cadre". Through the application, election and other processes, a job position is determined for each squadron member, and then training is combined with daily activities to provide guidance anytime and anywhere. This enables every squadron cadre and every squadron member to improve their work ability and enhance the collective sense of honor. At the same time, it mobilizes the enthusiasm of students for self-management, and the students become more and more confident and sunny.

4. Establish a reasonable and feasible squadron system

As the saying goes, "There is no circle without rules." Experience tells me that if you want a squadron to operate like a machine, you must have a complete squadron system. Every time I lead a squadron, I have to work with the squadron cadres, that is, all the squadron members, to formulate the system of my class - class rules. Such as the class cadre suspension system, class cadre rotation system, team leader scoring system, etc. These systems are not necessarily related to academic performance. In my squadron, there are very few children who have poor academic performance or poor learning in a certain aspect and are dismissed. If you fail to do a good job, you can temporarily suspend your job for a period of time, and then resume your job after training, so that the students' self-esteem can be protected. The class cadre responsibility system has enabled our class to form a situation where everything is managed and everyone has something to do, which has enhanced the vitality and cohesion of our squadron.
