Che Guevara is the leader of the Cuban revolution
Che Guevara, whose real name is Ernesto Guevara, and whose full name is Ernesto Rafael Guevara de la Serna. Born in Rosario, Argentina on June 14, 1928, he is a legendary Latin American Marxist revolutionary. He participated in the Cuban revolution led by Fidel Castro, which overthrew the pro-American Batista dictatorship. After holding a series of important positions in the Cuban revolutionary government, Guevara left Cuba in 1965 and went to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Bolivia and other countries to try to launch a communist revolution. On October 8, 1967, due to leaks from a traitor, Guevara and his guerrilla squad were ambushed by Bolivian government forces in the jungle. Guevara was injured and arrested. The next day, Guevara was killed. Since his death, he has remained a universal symbol of the counterculture, an icon of global popular culture, a hero of the international communist movement, and a symbol of the left.
