Using chopsticks to eat is a lever principle, and it is a laborious lever. As shown in the picture below:
The fulcrum is probably at the tiger's mouth
The power point is the point where the index finger and thumb hold the chopsticks
The resistance point is at the first end of the chopsticks , is the place where objects are clamped
Because the power arm (thumb to middle finger) is smaller than the resistance arm (thumb to dish), it is a laborious lever.
