What does the saying "At thirty you stand tall, at forty you are not confused, at fifty you know your destiny, at sixty your ears are attuned"?

(Confucius said): "When I was 15 years old, I was determined to study. When I was 30 years old, I could stand on my own in the world. When I was 40 years old, I was not confused when I encountered difficulties. When I was 50 years old, I understood what destiny is. When I was 60 years old, I could live on my own. You can listen to different opinions, and only by the age of 70 can you do whatever you want and do whatever you want without going beyond the rules."

The original text is from "The Analects of Confucius·Chapter 2·Wei Zheng Chapter"

Confucius said: "When I was fifteen, I was determined to learn; when I was thirty, I was established; when I was forty, I was not confused; when I was fifty, I knew the destiny; when I was sixty, my ears were obedient; when I was seventy, I followed my heart's desires without going beyond the rules."

Note: Li means to stand firm. Not confused: Master knowledge and not be confused by external things.
