Where there is a will, there is a way. This is a saying said by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. It comes from "Book of the Later Han", one of the "Twenty-Four Histories", which is a biographical history book recording the history of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Compiled by Fan Ye, a historian from the Song Dynasty in Southern China. Together with "Historical Records", "Hanshu" and "Three Kingdoms", it is called the "First Four Histories".
