Teaching situation:
At present, he undertakes the teaching tasks of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Specifically, it includes the basic courses of microbiology and microbiology experiment for undergraduate majors; Biological English, an elective course for undergraduate majors, and so on. Postgraduate specialized course "Microbiology Research Methods"; Postgraduate courses include molecular microbiology and molecular toxicology. In teaching, various teaching methods are used to accurately express the teaching content in scientific language. At the same time, it pays attention to integrating theory with practice, and verifies the classic theories in textbooks through the latest and most authoritative research results. Special attention is paid to cultivating students' ability to apply what they have learned, and heuristic and discussion teaching methods are adopted to guide students to think and study independently, and to cultivate students' rigorous scientific research attitude and systematic scientific research thinking.
Research experience:
Since 1998, the cDNA library of human early embryos has been constructed for the first time in China, engaged in the functional research of zinc finger protein genes related to embryonic development, and participated in many research contents of the National Natural Science Foundation "Research on the Regulation of ZNF268 Gene on the Growth and Differentiation of Human Liver Stem Cells". During his research work in Hong Kong from 2004 to 2005, he participated in the project "Functional characterization of a new peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor regulatory gene" funded by the Hong Kong government research fund. Identification, subcellular localization and role of Sig functional peroxisome proliferator response elements in lipid metabolism ".
Since 2006, he has continued to study lipid metabolism and presided over the excellent scientific and technological pre-research project "Study on the function and mechanism of Ppsig gene in fatty acid catabolic network". At the same time, he tried various research contents, including the functional research of antibacterial active substances, and presided over the special fund project of basic scientific research operation expenses of central universities, "Study on the change law and molecular mechanism of antimicrobial peptide expression profile of Rana chensinensis induced by environmental factors"; As well as molecular microbial ecology, and presided over the project "Research on Environmental Pollution Control in Energy Development Projects", which is the basic research plan of Shaanxi Province.
