1. Work is not the whole life. Don't concentrate on your work Find the meaning of life and hobbies outside work.
2. Don't pay too much emotion in your work, don't be too serious, don't be miserable and depressed because you are criticized by the leader or separated from your colleagues. Work is not worth our pain, so let go of the present and look forward to the future.
3. Work does not need to meet all the expectations of leaders. Expectation is just a means for managers. Don't deny and wronged yourself because you cater to it. What the leader said may not be right. Don't take what the leader said as the standard of personal value judgment.
4. Don't show your sense of responsibility blindly. Work is a way to exchange equivalent time for reward. If the work is overloaded, overtime can't be finished. Don't blindly express your sense of responsibility.
Don't give too much meaning to work, don't think about realizing your great dreams through work, and don't think about getting a long-term sense of accomplishment through work. Most of ordinary people's jobs are to compromise and support their families.
