I am no longer careless
"Look at your homework, you see, the numbers are copied wrong again..." Alas, my mother started to teach me a lesson again, not because I was too careless. Careless. However, this happened to me a few years ago, and now, I am not careless at all.
I remember when I was in second grade, I was always called away by the math teacher after class. It was always because of my carelessness. When I was doing math homework at night, I always copied the wrong numbers. 609 became 906, and 906 became 609. It was really ridiculous! Therefore, I also tasted the bitter pill: a math test, the question was very simple, so I was a little proud and handed it in without checking.
On the day when the test papers were distributed, I sat proudly on my chair, waiting for good news. "Ah" I exclaimed. It turns out that I thought "a chicken is twice as powerful as a duck" as "a duck is twice as powerful as a chicken". I regret it very much. If I had known this, why didn't I check it for a while before handing it in? When I got home, my grandma saw the test paper and said earnestly: "Don't think your carelessness in the test is a trivial matter. If you make a mistake in writing a word in the future, you will lose tens of millions!" This is not only true for mathematics, but also for Chinese. I made the good Chinese characters missing arms and legs, and turned them into strange "Mars characters". Thinking about it now, I can't help but laugh.
Now, I am no longer careless. When doing homework, I always check and check again and be cautious. When writing numbers, I also copy the questions carefully, and my handwriting is no longer "disabled". I finally got rid of my careless friend. I must work hard to maintain the "good tradition" of being serious and not being careless. I still have to overcome more problems and shortcomings.
