Reading Song of Youth, perhaps I have no personal experience of the touching stories of those heroic sons and daughters during the Anti-Japanese War. But through the image of the protagonist Lin Daojing, I can still feel this lasting storm. I can still feel her sincerity to the party and her love for the motherland. I was deeply moved by her selfless dedication to youth, perseverance and indomitable fighting spirit when fighting against Japanese imperialist aggression and saving China in distress.
