With the tide of information globalization coming, people are sailing against the current. If they don't process and absorb the information they need in time and effectively, they will become outcasts of this era. If you are good at making fake things, but they are stones from other mountains, you can attack jade. Just as in this distance education study, making full use of the internet platform has greatly facilitated the learning conditions of grassroots educators, created a learning mode of "scholars don't go out" for us, and fully proved the superiority and advancement of information world resources. Today's education requires us to adopt new models and strategies, pursue new heights under the concept of lifelong learning, and find what we need in the information ocean, so as to update our knowledge structure and keep up with the times. The following is my learning experience in information network, briefly expounding several problems that need to be paid attention to in improving teachers' information literacy. Please correct me by experts and colleagues.
First of all, make clear the connotation of "information literacy" and distinguish the difference between information literacy and information technology.
The concept of "information literacy" was first put forward by PaulZurkowski, president of American Information Industry Association, in 1974. He believes that a complete information literacy should include three levels: cultural literacy (knowledge level), information awareness (consciousness level) and information skills (technology level). 1992, ChristinaDoyle of the United States collected the opinions of 36 respondents in the United States/kloc-0 by means of a circular questionnaire, and further defined information literacy as "the ability to obtain, evaluate and use information from various information sources". At present, it is recognized at home and abroad that the connotation of information literacy should cover four levels: information consciousness, information knowledge, information ability and information morality. The author thinks it is the ability to effectively retrieve, evaluate and identify information (covering a variety of information sources).
Information literacy is a basic ability, an adaptive ability to the information society, a comprehensive ability, a special and extensive ability involving all aspects of knowledge; It contains many factors such as humanities, technology, economy and law, and is closely related to many disciplines. Information technology is the general name of information acquisition, understanding, analysis, processing, processing and transmission. Information technology emphasizes the understanding, knowledge and skills of technology.
Information technology supports information literacy, which focuses on content, dissemination and analysis, including information retrieval and evaluation, and covers a wider range. Information literacy is a kind of knowledge structure to understand, collect, evaluate and utilize information, which requires not only skilled information technology, but also perfect investigation methods, identification and reasoning. Information technology is just a tool. A person's computer application level does not represent his information literacy level.
Second, according to the professional requirements of teachers' information literacy
Educational informatization is the only way to educational modernization. How teacher informatization will directly affect the construction of educational informatization in China. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, China proposed that the informatization construction of teacher education should be based on cultivating new teachers with innovative spirit and practical ability, and comprehensively improve teachers' information literacy. It can be seen that the focus of educational informatization construction is the cultivation of teachers' information literacy, and improving teachers' information literacy is the objective requirement of educational informatization in China.
1, the progress requirement of the times
Modern information technology has penetrated into all aspects of education and completely changed the traditional teaching methods. In order to adapt to the changes brought by modern information technology to teaching, teachers must change their roles and constantly improve their information literacy, which is regarded as the core element that permeates the whole quality education. Keep up with the pace of the development of the times in the educational concept and be a learner of new knowledge and technology; Design and develop new courses. Teachers are role models everywhere. In education and teaching, we should consciously strengthen the cultivation and improvement of our own information literacy, keep pace with the times and establish the concept of lifelong learning.
2. The change of teaching form.
With the development of educational reform, great changes have taken place in the depth and breadth of teaching content. Education often breaks the national and regional restrictions, serves all the educated, and education equality is gradually realized. The form of education can't be the same as the single classroom teaching form in the past, and the channels for acquiring knowledge will become more and more smooth and extensive. Faced with a variety of contents and forms, teachers are required to have sensitive information resources, learn from others' strengths and choose what they use. It is difficult for teachers with low information literacy to be competent or become famous teachers in teaching reform and teaching research.
3. Teachers' professional requirements
Teachers are the main force of curriculum reform and occupy a dominant position in the teaching process. Improving teachers' information quality is the "highlight" in curriculum reform, and whether teachers can "keep pace with the times" is also the key to the success or failure of education. Teachers have to face a big brainwashing in this process to meet this challenge. "Centralized teaching" has become a thing of the past. With the development of information technology, information resources are shared by teachers and students. Teachers must first have inexhaustible "living water" in order to better guide and teach students and comprehensively implement and promote quality education. Therefore, it is not difficult to see the necessity of strengthening teachers' information literacy.
How teachers actively participate in this educational reform is an urgent problem to be solved. For teachers, the application of information technology in teaching does not require the use of information technology from beginning to end in a class, nor does it mean a high technical level. Teachers should learn while using, and gradually master and improve.
The highest level of teachers' information literacy is information application. It is the application of information to solve problems in study life and even work, so as to cultivate teachers' advanced thinking ability and problem-solving ability, especially the application of information means to improve the quality of education. Teachers' information awareness and information skills can be gradually reflected in practice. However, teachers' ability to choose information reasonably cannot always pay attention to mechanically copying ready-made teaching courseware and simply applying it. We should consciously pay attention to teaching-related materials, choose them according to our own needs, process them in time and use them creatively. Teaching informatization is the future development trend, but it does not necessarily require teachers to master computers, but requires teachers to have certain information processing ability, information awareness and information screening ability.
