The most basic thing for a person is to be responsible for himself, and to keep his word and do what he does. Since we are in a power generation company, we should be responsible for the company and the work we are engaged in. Have the responsibility and obligation to complete every task assigned to us by the company in quality and quantity. If you are a person who doesn't want to take responsibility, then he will definitely go with the flow, treat everything negatively, and "it's none of his business", and such a work attitude will eventually be eliminated.
2. Consciously and spontaneously work hard
The development of the company is related to our immediate interests as employees. As employees taken over by an old state-owned enterprise, we must break the old thinking, change the concept of "doing more and doing less, doing the same with not doing it" and "eating from the same pot", and establish the meaning of crisis. Fully understand the significance and purpose of the work, understand the strategic intention of the company, and understand the spirit and attitude that an organization member should have, so as to automatically and spontaneously work hard.
3. Don't make any excuses to finish the work
