5. Zen (Zhana Paramita or Zen Paramita): The dual movement of tranquility and insight is called Zen, also known as Jingtan, Samadhi, Samadhi, and Concentration. It means thinking about the truth, calming down the distractions, keeping the mind in one state, taming the eyes, ears and other faculties, and enjoying the wonderful tranquility.
