Surreal spiritual needs can get rid of the restrictions of the environment and completely control themselves, thus achieving the free will emphasized by humanism.

The main reason for mental pain is that individuals can't get rid of the pressure that real needs can't be met in life goals.

The meaning of life lies not in the satisfaction of real life needs, but in the satisfaction of surreal spiritual life needs, which are based on three values obtained by spiritual life needs:

◆ Create value: experience and strive for perfection in the process of innovation and change;

◆ Experience value: experience in the giving and receiving of aesthetics and love;

Attitude value: experience in the attitude of life formed by uncertainty of emotions.
