Because Kadyrov was only loyal to Putin, when he was 28 years old, his father was killed by an opposition bomb. Putin spent a lot of effort to train him to become the president of Chechnya. Kadyrov Jr. once said: Be Putin’s eternal infantryman.
The armed forces of Chechnya have also become Putin’s absolute force to balance the domestic opposition, and a Chechen special forces are following Putin.
Kadyrov is looked down upon by no one in Russian official circles, so Chechnya can be regarded as Putin's private armed forces. The two are interdependent and have little to do with Russia.
Talking about the people, the two Chechen wars spanned 18 years. The people were in dire straits, and the people had deep resentments. People dared not speak out against the puppet Kadyrov. There is a Chechen in Ukraine now. The military is assisting Ukraine against Russian forces because they all believe their country is occupied.
So once Putin dies, Kadyrov loses his protective umbrella, and the opposition is destined to start a bloody war.
PS: There is also Lukashenko of Belarus, so be careful.
