As a new teacher, how to manage classroom discipline and organize effective classes?
As a new teacher, what I fear most is the poor discipline of students in class. They can't concentrate on listening to the teacher and learning knowledge, which leads to the decline of their academic performance. Sometimes when correcting homework or test papers, some students don't even get some basic knowledge right or really master it. First, manage students with poor discipline in a class. There are always students with poor discipline. Starting with the students with the worst discipline can promote the improvement of class discipline. There are many reasons why students are not disciplined. For example, the purpose of learning is not clear, the foundation is weak, and they are not interested in learning; I don't understand in class, and my self-control is poor. It may lead to temporary or long-term lack of discipline. These reasons may coexist in students, but one must play a leading role. We should treat these students with respect and affection and influence them with love and truth. I should pay more attention to them in class and ask them more questions. Sometimes, I will collect some beautiful essays, famous sayings and aphorisms, inspirational stories and so on, so that these students can read aloud, which not only improves their reading ability, but also improves their classroom attention. If they read well, I will praise them and give them a sense of accomplishment. In addition, I also keep close contact with my parents in the form of home visits. Only cooperation can transform these students. Second, clear the classroom routine requirements. According to the class situation, the class learning system and discipline requirements should be formulated. With goals, students have the direction of self-discipline and the rules of self-management. For example, divide the classroom routine discipline requirements into several links. Put the school supplies in the designated position before class, enter the classroom quickly after the bell rings, and sit quietly; Listen attentively in class, raise your hand before speaking, and all behaviors in class should conform to the routine requirements. Praise is a common strategy in classroom management, and students should be praised for their slight progress. We should not only give verbal praise, but also design a large table of subject evaluation, so that students can post the red flowers or red stars they got in class in time, and select the stars of discipline, politeness and learning, so that students can set an example and catch up. Remember, never take punishment as punishment. Third, pay attention to the correct application of the law. In teaching, when there is a problem in the classroom order, instead of blaming the students, it is better to stop the lecture on purpose, which can attract students' attention to the teacher's teaching. Blaming students will divert other students' attention from the offenders and distract them. At the beginning of the lecture, we should explain the importance and necessity of learning it. The more students know the purpose of learning, the more they can work hard. Treat the tasks they have to study with intentional attention. Teachers should correctly use the law of attention in the teaching process, not only to estimate the objective conditions, but also to effectively organize the teaching content and improve the teaching methods, so that students have a strong interest in the teaching itself; At the same time, we should consider people's subjective factors, strictly demand students and educate them to overcome difficulties with tenacious will, so that the teaching quality can be guaranteed. Finally, it is also the most important thing: the basic teaching skills should be solid, the lectures should be wonderful, and the forms should be diverse, so as to attract students' attention, and it is necessary to be hard while the iron is hot. How do teachers organize classroom discipline? First of all, preparing lessons is the premise of a good class. Not only students should be prepared before class, but also textbooks and teaching methods should be prepared. According to the content of teaching materials and students' reality, we should design course types, adopt teaching methods flexibly, and carefully compile teaching plans, so that every class can be "prepared". We should be familiar with the new curriculum standard, because it is the basis of teaching, which points out the direction of school physical education teaching and stipulates the depth, breadth, system and basic requirements of teaching materials. We should conscientiously implement the spirit of the new curriculum standard in our classroom teaching. Be familiar with the new textbook, carefully collect the knowledge points of each lesson, how to highlight the key points, how to break through the difficulties, how to design the most effective exercises, etc. These should be well known; Be familiar with the students, understand their interest in the subject, understanding ability, the proportion of students with different abilities, age, personality characteristics and so on. In this way, in teaching, we can proceed from the actual situation of students and face all students, so that students with different abilities can learn, learn well and learn with interest, and make interesting teaching AIDS to attract students' attention. Secondly, I use encouraging language to emphasize discipline. I never want to be a strict teacher in class. Today's education advocates flexible education of independence and cooperation. I want students to study easily in their interests, but once I give them away, they can't take them back. In flexible education, student lawyers are poor, but I don't mind. I hope they can stop when I say stop discussing now, but unfortunately the students can't get it back after they are released. So I used encouraging language to emphasize discipline. For example, the teacher likes to have classes with you, because the way you laugh in class is so cute. In particular, students like XXX always look at the teacher with their eyes wide open, and their little heads remember every word of the teacher, so they have made great progress! You see, in this class, XXX has the best performance and sits most upright! Thirdly, teachers' smiles and gestures in class can convey management information, which is a conscious signal that teachers and students perceive each other in class. Teachers' gestures have special skills of expressing objects, wishes, calls and feelings, and can be used as nonverbal external expressions to assist classroom management and guide students' consciousness, drawing their own intentions, teaching purposes and students' acceptance intentions together. In the teaching process, teachers combine and transform the sound quality, volume, tone, pronunciation and rhythm, and integrate the sound, color and emotion of the sound into one, and apply it to the tone with meaning. Drums don't need a heavy hammer. Students hear the teacher's "hint", so as to understand the teacher's good intentions, and then make a caring, informed and wise response to correct their wrong behavior in time. This method not only skillfully solves students' own problems, but also does not affect others' attention. Teachers' facial expressions also have certain potential control functions. Smiles expressing understanding and thoughtful nods reveal teachers' encouragement and expectations for students. Smiles expressing satisfaction and nodding approvingly reveal teachers' enthusiasm and love for students, which can achieve empathy and vivid effects. Even posture activities such as the teacher's standing posture, the space distance from the students, and the inter-row patrol can attract students' attention and organize classroom teaching management. Fourth, in the classroom, students appear small gestures, answering words, making noise, being too presumptuous and other violations, and teachers should take timely action. But for the vast majority of students, interference is just an instant out of control, not a premeditated behavior. Teachers should carefully consider students' emotions and self-esteem, and adopt the way of innuendo to let the other party know that his behavior has been noticed by the teacher and should be corrected immediately. If you stare at him, nod to him, knock on the table in front of him, or stand beside him for a while, or ask him or the students around him to answer questions and perform on the blackboard. Send messages in subtle ways. In this way, it is easy for teachers and students to communicate and get quick results. Fifth, as a new teacher, we should be studious, learn from the teaching experience of excellent teachers, correct our educational concept, face every student, give every class with full enthusiasm, let students be inspired and excited by the teacher's every move, and let every student feel that "the teacher is expecting me"; At the same time, we should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and learn to make full use of body language such as eyes, intonation and smile to express encouragement and love for students. Especially for students who are not good at math, we should take corresponding measures, encourage them mentally, care more after class, and give more guidance to improve their math level. In mathematics teaching, I deeply realize that in the arbitrary relationship between teachers and students, the teaching atmosphere is dull, students are depressed and passive in learning. In the democratic teacher-student relationship, active teaching atmosphere, students' spirit, happy mood and active learning are all conducive to stimulating students' creative thinking. It can be seen that only by establishing an equal, democratic and cooperative relationship between teachers and students can students be willing to participate in the teaching process and achieve good teaching results. Only by ensuring classroom discipline can classroom efficiency be guaranteed; Classroom discipline cannot be guaranteed, and most students can't understand no matter how much they speak. The most important thing is to develop a bad atmosphere, and it is also very hard to attend classes by yourself. However, I think that if each method is used too much, it will lose its effect on students, so we should choose different methods at different times.
