People-oriented means caring for and respecting people, promoting their all-round and healthy development and establishing a pleasant material and spiritual environment for teachers and students. Harmonious campus just embodies this requirement. Third, building a harmonious campus is the need to achieve the development goals of the school. The development of a country, a nation and a unit requires both hard power and soft power. The construction of soft power is the construction of culture, spirit and cohesion. If the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students in the school is harmonious and all the energy is devoted to teaching, scientific research and management, the goal can be achieved soon.
