Learning is a lifelong responsibility, and each stage has different learning priorities. Learning is a part of overall career development and a lifelong companion to achieve career development goals. According to the characteristics of it industry, the career planning of it personnel can be divided into three stages: 25-32 years old, 33-40 years old and 40-65 years old. 4. Lack of guidance on career planning
