It's easy to change your name. If adults need to change their names themselves, they only need to bring their household registration book and ID card and apply directly to the household registration authority. If you want to change your child's name, you need the consent of both parents, and then you can apply to the household registration authority for registration of change. After the application is approved, the household registration authority will change the name in the household registration book.
