Promote teaching and learn from each other through research. Experimental middle schools in various cities have always paid attention to the effectiveness of education and scientific research, and advocated teaching in research and studying in teaching. They implement and steadily push forward each semester's courses around one lesson and one research, heterogeneous teaching in the same class, thematic teaching and research, and problem teaching and research, explore new ways of school-based teaching and research, and fully implement them. Every week, all the teaching and research staff participate in and discuss in all directions, and the "blue" mentoring pair up and randomly "push the door" every year.
