This passage is also quite mythical. It is said that when Jiang Ziya returned to the palace, he felt numb in his legs and wanted Zhou Wenwang to carry himself behind his back. Zhou Wenwang cherished each other's talents, walked 30 1 step behind their backs, and stopped for 507 steps, thus the Zhou Dynasty existed for 808 years. But in the following 507 years, it existed in name only. In the era before Jiang Ziya showed his talents, Zhou Wenwang condescended to be a 70-year-old man, and this passage was also passed down as a much-told story. Later, when Liu Bei visited the thatched cottage, he used it as a classic to persuade Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, and so did Zhou Wenwang, not to mention visiting a contemporary sage.
After Zhou Wenwang's death, Jiang Ziya assisted Zhou Wuwang and finally defeated Shang Zhouwang to establish the Zhou Dynasty. Since then, Zhou Wuwang has divided the whole country into several vassal states, and Jiang Ziya has been made King of Qi. Jiang Ziya experienced the soil quality in his fief, which was equivalent to helping Zhou decide the world. After Zhou Wuwang's death, Jiang Ziya established Zhou Chengwang and Zhou Kangwang successively until he died at the age of 139. More than 60 years have passed since Jiang Ziya came out of the mountain at the age of 70. Those who think he is too old to be reused will not live as long as Jiang Ziya.
It is not difficult to see from the above that Jiang Ziya's ending is very good, which is also closely related to his integrity and his wholehearted support for Zhou. Although he was made a vassal, he did not seek pleasure. It took him 30 years to consolidate the state of Qi, and at the same time, he was still worried about national affairs. He is a veteran of the four dynasties of Zhou Dynasty. During the Spring and Autumn Period, Xiao Bai, the son of Jiang Ziya, made great efforts to make Qi go to the peak and became the first of the five tyrants in the Spring and Autumn Period, which was later Qi Huangong.
