I don't remember Richard Ng's old movies in a mental hospital.
Thomas (Jackie Chan) and David (Yuan Biao), young overseas Chinese in Barcelona, Spain, make a living by running fast food trucks. Another chubby overseas Chinese Moby (Sammo Hung) is a thug of a detective agency, acting as its president. One day, a client asked the detective agency to find a woman named Gloria and her daughter Sylvia (Lola Fonna) within 14 days. As for the relevant clues, there is only a photo of Gloria and a story about it. As the president is heavily in debt, Moby (Sammo Hung) finds Thomas (Jackie Chan) and David (Yuan Biao) to help him and starts looking for a job. Soon, he discovered that Sylvia was a pickpocket in a mental hospital and exposed her identity. It turns out that the real identity of the person entrusted by Hong is the daughter of the count, which involves the huge legacy left by the count and her cousin's plot to seize the property. In the end, of course, it is inevitable to stage a heroic war to save America.
