Yes Located in Xinhua County, Loudi City. It is far from Xinhua County. The firewood bacon and dried salted duck produced are very famous in Xinhua and taste quite good. I don't know if there is a bus to the waterwheel from Loudi, but there is a bus to the waterwheel at Xinhua Bus Station, which is opposite Haitian Hotel and next to Xiao Si.
