This is the teaching of His Holiness Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
There are four ways to achieve a perfect life: a mouth full of good words, a hand full of good deeds, a face full of smiles, and a heart full of joy.
H.H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche is one of the five incarnations of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the incarnation of the wise heart, and the national king of Bhutan division. Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche, the master who is also the author of the famous Tibetan Book of Life and Death (Sogyal Rinpoche), is the oldest surviving disciple in the world; in 1910, Rinpoche was born near the valley of Danhuo Village in Derge, eastern Tibet. He is the fourth son of the Dilgo family; his family is the royal descendant of Trisong Dechen, the ninth-century Tibetan king. Rinpoche's grandfather Tashi Queling and his father were both prime ministers of King Derge.
