People are confused and miserable only when their hearts are covered by "ignorance" and "greed". Through continuous "clear mind" and "clean mind", we can get rid of "unknown" and "greed", build spiritual quality, develop spiritual treasures, dominate behavioral forces, and move towards happiness and success.

: get rid of the "unknown" and continuously understand and deeply prove the great secrets and truths of life. The great secret of life: there are endless treasures in my heart.
Wang Yangming: As a sage, I am self-sufficient, and it is also a mistake for me to seek truth from things.
Lu Jiuyuan: My heart is the universe, and the universe is my heart.
Confucius: My Tao is consistent.
Buddha Sakyamuni: All sentient beings have the wisdom and virtue of the Tathagata, but they can't prove it because of their obsession.
Laozi: Everything is mixed, born naturally, lonely and lonely, independent but not changed, and can be the mother of heaven and earth. I don't know its name, and the word says.
Mencius: Everyone can think of Yao and Shun. Everything is ready for me, and I am sincere and happy.
five ancestors: if you don't know your true heart, it's useless to learn the law. If you know from your heart and see your own nature, you are a husband.
sixth ancestor: how self-nature, self-purity; How self-nature, this is self-sufficient; How self-nature, itself is immortal; How self-nature, this does not waver; How self-nature, can give birth to all laws.
I feel that I exist. I am awareness, awareness is the only one, awareness is everything, and everything is awareness.
The great truth of life:
1 Behavior force and reaction force.
As you sow, you reap; No pains, no gains.
People's life has its causes, and what you do and say is the cause.
Your behavior is beneficial to others, helping others to build their spiritual quality, and at the same time you will develop the same spiritual quality; Your behavior damages others, obscures the spiritual quality of others, which is not conducive to the development of the treasure in your heart, and at the same time, you will also obscure the spiritual quality.
What kind of behavioral force you have with people, you have established a heart-to-heart link with that person. All kinds of good and evil are intertwined, and the role of heart and heart constitutes our life and world.
2. Knowing knowledge by grasping things
Concept: Get rid of "greed" and purify the mind from the beginning.
(1) the method of awareness
when you are in your daily work and life, you should always be good at caring for your thoughts. Good care for thoughts: one of the core of practice is to take care of your own "thoughts" The formula is as follows:
once you become a Buddha, you become a demon;
I'm not afraid to remember, but I'm afraid to sleep late;

when you read it, you feel it, and when you feel it, you feel nothing.

Only by working hard on your thoughts, you will benefit others, and your language, consciousness and behavior will benefit others.

Surrender, everything is acceptable, and only then can you achieve success. Everything in life is the best arrangement!
Morita therapy's eight-character mantra: "Let nature take its course!" When the problem can't be solved, then accept it and don't be persistent. Leave everything to the universe, and let God solve it. And for what you can change, do your best.
Ji Tian Bodhisattva: "If there is a way to solve the problem, don't worry; If there is no way to solve it, it is useless to worry. "
when you encounter any situation, as long as your heart is clean, calm, peaceful, quiet and calm, don't worry!

Byron Katie designed "changing your homework": four questions and one reverse thinking.
1. Is that true?

(4) Feeling four thoughts
When you are angry (feeling bad), lie flat on your bed or sit still and start to know things.

The so-called simple things, seemingly complicated things, are actually very simple in nature, and simple things are often the most complicated to use.
