The Great Perfection Law holds that everyone has Buddha nature, but in reality, people's hearts are contaminated with all kinds of troubles and delusions, which is not in line with Buddhist ideological understanding and emotional desire. Therefore, everyone's ability to become a Buddha is only potential, and certain ways and means are needed to achieve this goal. Therefore, the Ma Ning School divides the great perfection method into three parts, namely, the heart, the boundary and the front door. There are three branches in teaching practice: A, Zuo and Nian professors, that is, A Che, Zuo Qin and Xiang Xiong, which belong to the highest spiritual training category of this teaching.

It is the highest practice to preach dzogchen with an elephant's ear. "Xiang Xiong" refers to the ancient kingdom of Xiang Xiong, and "ear transmission" is a unique skill of past dynasties, which means: dzogchen's ear transmission from Xiang Xiong in Dapeng torii Holy Land. Becoming a Buddha without reaching the highest realm is the practice of Yongzhong Buddhism and the essence of Great Perfection. The method of great perfection can be divided into oral transmission, ear transmission, heart transmission, text transmission and hidden transmission. Professor Xiang Xiong's word of mouth is word of mouth. For example, dzogchen's four methods of oral transmission were taught by the incarnation of 24 Hong. Before Indian Buddhism was introduced into Tibet, Master Dabusha, the incarnation of Hiro, passed the four ear-transmission methods of dzogchen's elephant male to Longsheleb, and then spread to all parts of Tubo. Dzogchen's four dharma-elephant-ear transmission is the oldest and most important great perfection method, which has never been interrupted since the Buddha passed it on. Biography of Xiang Gong Er is the highest realm of Buddhism, the essence of Buddhism and the way to become a Buddha quickly in this world. This kind of Buddhism is rare. This mind is a comprehensive exposition of the problem of mind from three aspects: body, phase and use:

(1) Mind, body and essence are pure. All living beings have Buddha nature, that is, sincerity. The troubles and delusions polluted by this sincerity are caused by the six senses produced by six objective external environments, such as color, sound, fragrance, taste, touch and law, acting on the six senses of all beings. In short, it is the subjective knowledge produced by the objective external environment acting on the subject's senses, and it is the product of all factors, so it is called "false heart".

"The Wedding Banquet of the Wise Man" said: "Honesty will not be born from this, will not die from life, will not return at first, and will not return at last. Zhan Ran always kept silent in the past and now. Because it is empty, there is no birth and death. " (4) Therefore, the existence of the true self, which is clear from the beginning, without stain, birth and death, and modesty, is all caused by ignorance.

According to the view of Ma Ning School, modesty is the product of various fates, which is born and died in an instant, external, and not the essence of sincere internal memory. Therefore, the core of the great perfection method is to realize this hollow body, which is very similar to the view of Zen in Han Dynasty. At the same time, the abstract absolute noumenon Buddha nature is transformed into the self-mind of the image of all beings, thus transforming the way of seeking Buddha from the outside (that is, worshipping Buddha statues and indulging in Confucian classics) into self-mind cultivation in traditional teachings.

(2) self-realization. The so-called "since the enlightenment" means "empty and wonderful, obvious." The mind is bright, unpretentious and natural, which can reflect the method adopted by nirvana of life and death (called "consciousness"). Ma Ning School believes that the emptiness of body and mind is not nothing, not zero, but the emptiness of body and nature, so the mind is clear as a mirror and can show various images. Although these images in the mirror are empty, the role of the mirror exists. Being but not empty, empty but not, this is the clear division of the heart. Ming fen is not empty, so it can be shown. In this way, the mind controls all the laws contained in the nirvana of life and death and becomes the ontology of all things. "The Origin of Tuguan School" said: "Ben Xin said that according to his heart, his heart shows natural wisdom, and there is no other way except natural wisdom." In other words, natural wisdom can show all the laws adopted by life and death nirvana, and the reason why it can show everything is that the mind is not only empty, but also bright. The space division achieves the dharma body of Buddha, and the clear division is the report of Buddha. With the double luck of Ming and Kong, you have all the conditions to become a Buddha from the heart, including Buddhism, newspaper and culture. But this condition is only lurking in the heart, which is the potential ability of all beings to become Buddhas, so to become Buddhas, we must tap this potential to become Buddhas. Therefore, only by directly observing the self-mind is the source of everything, and everything is born from the self-mind. Only in this way can we realize that the self-mind is originally the appearance of the Buddha, and that the self-nature is originally the true meaning of the Buddha, so as to get rid of it and achieve the Buddha's dharma body. This kind of insight is quite similar to the view of the Kagyu School that the body is the Buddha, and the same as the Zen thought in mainland China, but it runs counter to the view of the Gelug School that karma is empty.

(3) Great compassion is everywhere. The so-called "great compassion" refers to the use of the heart, that is, the use of natural wisdom. "Empty and wonderful virtue, which can show all the phases, is for the sake of great compassion." The reason why subjective knowledge can reflect objective existence lies in that the self-nature of the heart is bright and the light is the nature of the heart; The reason why the image of objective things can be expressed is to use the bright heart skillfully. The combination of magic and light can show everything in the world. Therefore, sincerity "not everything can express everything", and all the methods adopted in life and death nirvana are based on the heart. If you cling to the existing image, it will be realized as the boundary between life and death; If the image of enlightenment is empty, it is pure nirvana. But as far as body and mind are concerned, it is eternal, and its reason lies in "skillfully using the source of the present and then dividing (using) it in the present"; The wise man said at the wedding banquet: "Buddha and all beings are reincarnated and nirvana, and their bodies are the same." When the body has a wonderful phase, because it can't recognize ignorance, it is encouraged by the industry, that is, when working in the unconscious nature, it mistakenly thinks that the self is me (can) and the use of body and mind mistakenly thinks that it is it (is), so that the ability can be opposed and appear. Although there was reincarnation, the body and mind did not waver at that time. " . It can be seen that the nirvana of life and death lies only in the delusion of all beings, and delusion is everything, consciousness is Buddha, and the self-centered body is immortal. In short, Ma Ning School explains the mind from three aspects: body, appearance and use, and points out that all living beings have Buddha nature, that is, natural wisdom (or honesty) has both an eternal spatial division and a clear division that shows the nirvana of life and death. The division of space makes the Buddha's dharma body, which is divided into the Buddha's report and the transformation of two bodies, while the double fusion of light and space has three bodies. Therefore, to understand the heart, we should not only understand the separation of the heart, but also understand the bright point of the heart. In a word, it is empty, clear and complete. The boundary department is also translated as the liberation department, which means that all the methods adopted by life and death nirvana are at home in the realm of Pu Xian, born with life, and originally clean and liberated. According to the individual's different understanding of the separation of mind and mind, the boundary is also called "black boundary" and "flower boundary". But on the whole, "all things are legal, and they can't get out of Pu Xian, but they cover up the separatist realm, so there is nothing else to show. This department is particularly bright ... the boundary uses the deep key of eternal separation, which is set to be useless, and the rainbow body and the golden body are achieved with deep wisdom. " Among them, the realm of Pu Xian is the realm of law and the realm of Buddha; They are all self-revealing, that is, the present state is the natural manifestation of wonderful phase, that is, the revelation of the soul. Everything and phenomena in this realm are a series of fantasy scenes listed, which are not real. Therefore, we should "follow fate", neither distinguish right from wrong, nor distinguish beauty, ugliness, good and evil, so that we can live in this vacuum and wonderful legal realm and walk as we please. In this way, all kinds of ignorant delusions will disappear on their own, thus realizing the wisdom of emptiness, proving the "rainbow-like diamond body" and turning their bodies into rainbow-like indestructible diamond bodies, thus achieving the ultimate goal of nirvana.

It can be seen that the ingenious and convenient way for Ma Ning School's dzogchen practice to achieve the ultimate goal of nirvana is to practice the bright nature of self-mind. Light is the nature of the self-mind, and the whole Buddha shares it with all sentient beings, so all the wisdom possessed by the Buddha is also possessed by all sentient beings, but all sentient beings cannot know the light and wisdom of the self-mind because they are covered by ignorance and troubles. Therefore, "The Great Circle Wins Wisdom" says: "After the troubles in the body are clean, the nature is bright." This is the process of transforming the light released by the four elements that constitute the body of all beings (that is, the light released by the qi pulse in all beings) into the subtle light of natural wisdom and blending it into Buddhism, so as to achieve the purpose of reporting the two color bodies. As mentioned above, the heart of the great perfection method is a way to intuitively understand self-nature and seek the truth of emptiness with the realization of emptiness as the key. The realm is mainly to cultivate light, but it cannot be separated from the foundation of enlightenment. The reason is that only talking about "emptiness" can only prove the Buddha's dharma body, and only talking about "Ming" can only prove the Buddhism. Dharma body is the wisdom and spirituality of nature, and Bao and Hua are the carriers of this wisdom and material. Without a dharma body, it is impossible to become a Buddha. Therefore, the heart and the world are both open and empty, but each has its own weight. On the other hand, the main entrance is the double and double integration of opening and emptiness, which advocates the epiphany beyond practice. "With undifferentiated wisdom, all the practices of nirvana of life and death belong to the empty dharma realm. This is the point. So now use the spiritual wisdom of nirvana of life and death to prove the dharma world. Maturity and liberation in the self-nature chain is called liberation in the main point, such as the fire of Ai, in which the lesions are similar. " In other words, it is necessary to use Buddhist wisdom to directly transcend the practice order, focus on the main points, and directly recognize the essential attributes of self-mind, body and purity, so as to obtain liberation and achieve Buddha's fruit. This special practice method of "removing key points" is regarded as the highest peak of the great perfection method by Maning people, and the key parts have become the highest practice of the great perfection method.

There are two main doors at the main entrance: one is "complete denial" and the other is "proper karma", both of which are ways to get rid of Buddhism. "Collection of Knowledge" says that "Qi is exquisitely divided, far away from the theory of traditional Chinese opera, which makes it belong to the land where the law is exhausted, that is, its perfection", and "Today's division shows its own light, and everything is blocked by the light to reach the land where the law is pure, that is, Cheng Yuan is the proper cause". "The Great Circle Overcomes Wisdom" said: "It completely eliminates the legal nature (heart) of the vacuum of the French book; It is wonderful to see the purity of dharma at the expense of yuan. " It can be seen that the practice of Buddhism focuses on seeking the true and pure reality of the mind, that is, the separation of the mind, while the latter is seeking the realization of the mind to become light. The important department regards the relationship between the two as a mother-child relationship, emphasizing not to deviate from either side, that is, to combine vacuum and wonder into a double luck of light and emptiness, so as to gain enlightenment, report and transformation, and achieve Buddha's fruit. Because, since the self-mind of all beings contains all the methods adopted by life and death nirvana, the self-mind is all sufficient, so as long as you see sex, you can become a Buddha and get rid of it, and you don't need to practice Buddhism. This idea of paying attention to self-cultivation constitutes another major feature of Buddhism in Ma Ning.
