Exhibition review purpose:

Art work requirements:

1. Practice works

1. Sketching works:

Color (gouache, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, etc.)

Single color (sketch, sketch, line drawing, etc.)

2. Copying works: Use the names of famous Chinese and foreign artists as models or contemporary Works by famous artists.

2. Creative works

Encourage creation based on observation and experience of life. You can also create imaginative works that are not limited to real life. There is no limit to the form of expression. The size of the painting should not be too large. For ink paintings, it is appropriate to use quarto paper or four-foot rice paper with three cuts. For other paintings, the size should be quarto or octavo.

3. Computer art works

Encourage paintings and designs created using computers using modern means. (You can print 5-inch photos)

4. Sculpture, three-dimensional design, hand-made, weaving, mixed materials, collage, pasting works and cartoon works.

Requirements for calligraphy works:

1. Creative works: writing poems, famous quotes, couplets, etc.

2. Copying works: Copying famous steles, famous calligraphy, and ink by famous artists from past dynasties.

Calligraphy works can be divided into two types: soft pen (four-foot rice paper cut in half or three cuts is appropriate) and hard pen (16 karat is appropriate). The style of calligraphy is not limited (please add an explanation for seal script and seal cutting. Seal cutting requires Ink rubbing 2 to 4 squares).

Due to limited manpower, all participating works will not be rejected.

Each work will be charged 15 yuan for communication fee, review fee, and competition fee. It will be remitted through the post office. Please do not send it in the letter. Please indicate "Participation Fee" in the remark column of the remittance form.

Awards for works:

Exhibition works will be evaluated by a review committee composed of children’s art education experts from across the country. The jury will select outstanding works in a certain proportion based on the number of participating works.

The scores for this exhibition are: first prize, second prize, third prize, excellence award, masterpiece award, commemorative award, and honorary certificates will be issued for the above categories. Works that have won the Excellence Award or above can be compiled into the "National Children's Art and Calligraphy Collection" published by this exhibition (the notice of inclusion in the "National Children's Art and Calligraphy Collection" will be sent out at the same time as the competition certificate). Some of the award-winning works will be published in the "Children's Art" magazine after being reviewed by experts. The units that win the "National Art Education Advanced Unit" award will be selected and introduced in the "Children's Art" magazine.

Collective Organization Award conditions and reward methods:

Awarded to units with more than 150 works submitted by collective organizations and excellent results. "National Advanced Unit in Art Education" (35×50 cm laser) medal.

For units that collectively organize more than 100 participating works and achieve outstanding results, they will be awarded a medal of "National Advanced Unit in Art Education" (24×31 cm copper sand gold).

Units that collectively organize more than 50 participating works and achieve outstanding results will be awarded an "Excellent Organization Award" certificate.

Conditions and reward methods for the Tutor Award:

In order to commend tutors who have achieved outstanding results in this exhibition, those whose tutored works have excellent results will be awarded "Excellent" If the teacher’s personal tutoring works exceed 100 and the results are outstanding, they will also receive a beautiful medal of “Excellent Organization Award”. Those with more than 50 but less than 100 paintings and excellent results will also receive a beautiful certificate of "Excellent Organization Award".

The organizing committee will establish files for teachers who have continuously participated, continuously improved their teaching level, and achieved outstanding tutoring results, so that they can continuously track and display new teaching results in the "Children's Art" magazine. When organizing a collective exhibition, teachers can attach an introduction to their teaching experience of no more than 500 words for easy reference.

In order to promote the development of art education for special children in poor areas and showcase their artistic talents, some works will be invited to participate in the exhibition.
