On Coalition Government is a political report made by Mao Zedong at the Seventh National Congress in China. The report profoundly analyzed the situation at home and abroad, summed up the experience of the people's democratic revolution in China since the founding of the People's Republic of China, and put forward the political line that the Party must "mobilize the masses, strengthen the people's power, defeat the aggressors and build a new China under the leadership of our Party".

The report "On Coalition Government" is divided into five parts:
1. In the first part, in view of the dictatorship policy of the Kuomintang, it was clearly stated at the beginning that a coalition government should be established, "leading the people of the whole country after liberation and building China into an independent, free, democratic, unified and prosperous new country".
2. The second part analyzes the international and domestic situation by using the principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
3. The third part comprehensively and scientifically summarizes the two routes in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.
4. The fourth part expounds the policies of China.
The fifth part calls on the whole party to unite and strive for the realization of the party's tasks, and requires the whole party to firmly establish and carry forward the party's three major styles of work.
