Be aware of emptiness. It seems empty, but it's not empty. Generally speaking, Buddhism is void, not nothingness. It doesn't exist, and movement can replace existence to show the phase of everything. Quietly, like an empty space, there is a way of life and death that can be repeated endlessly, hence the name Tai Chi.

Enlightenment is the place to understand the truth of the universe.

Understanding means understanding refers to the perception of things; Thinking ability; Insight mainly refers to the ability to understand and analyze things. Everyone's understanding is different, depending on the degree of acquired development. But everyone's talent is innate, which can make people get twice the result with half the effort in some aspects and even become a genius prodigy. Enlightenment, my heart is also! As the saying goes, the master leads the door, and practice depends on the individual.
