According to a recent report in shanghai securities news, Wei Jianghong, chairman of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., revealed during the two sessions that a number of central enterprises were willing to acquire Tongling Nonferrous Metals last year, including Chinalco, Minmetals, China Railway Construction and CITIC.

Tongling Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. is also seeking cooperation and merger with large central enterprises with resources in copper resources, with the goal of hoping that Tongling Nonferrous Metals will produce at least 400,000 tons of copper in the future.
