On the basis of further summarizing teachers' teaching experience, this paper tries to understand and summarize the laws behind teacher Yi's quality education. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part discusses Yu Yi's view on Chinese education. First of all, the core of Yu Yi's Chinese education view is: teaching literature and educating people. "The process of teaching Chinese is also the process of learning to be a man." Then, the origin of teacher Yu's thought of "educating people by teaching literature" is investigated, which can be roughly divided into three aspects: this is the inevitable result of correctly understanding the essence and mission of education; (2) This is the inevitable result of a correct understanding of the essence of Chinese. The third part reveals the influence of Yu Yi's life, educational ideas, persistent beliefs and noble personality on her teaching art through the introduction of her life. Teacher Yu Yi was born in February 1929 and graduated from the Education Department of Fudan University in July 1957. Talented southerners are enthusiastic, smart, witty and elegant. They have lived and worked in Shanghai for a long time, and are also influenced by the "Shanghai style" atmosphere. They are knowledgeable and have a broad vision. Extensive reading and extensive and lasting interest in art greatly enriched Yu Yi's knowledge reserve. Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, studious, good at thinking, and rich knowledge make teachers' Chinese classroom teaching present a colorful scene.
