The whole point of composition is a right-angle system without any emotional factors. From 19 10, Malevik continued to explore the difference between symbols and cubist reality, trying to eliminate the opposition between form and content as the basis of figurative art and isolate "pure" symbols. Therefore, he created illogical paintings under the influence of the Russian poet Kolebnikov.
That is, "transcendental" and "transcendental" painting. Compared with concrete patterns and simple abstractions, Malevic tends to choose the simplest form, such as square. He constantly explores the relationship between form, color and space, and asserts: "If you want to be a real painter, then the painter must abandon the theme and image." The supremacist masterpiece "Black Square" put into practice by this maxim has become the key work of modern art.
This is an absolutely abstract oil painting. Malevik himself regards this as the first step of pure creation in art, which is a supremacist work that denies the objective world. In supremacism, geometric shapes of different sizes constantly change from lines to flat colors, and they are intertwined, overlapped or avoided. A thin black line divides the work into two parts: a slightly upward sloping black quadrangle with the upper right corner disappearing out of the picture; The lower part composed of solid color images almost parallel to the plane seems to be more stable. From this painting, Malevik began to build a "world without images".
In Malevik's paintings, the real realism is that painting should only exist for itself. In other words, creation only exists in painting itself, and the shape it contains is not borrowed from nature, but from the quality and quantity of painting. All the basic shapes of supremacist art come from the square: the rectangle is the extension of the square, the circle is the rotation of the square, and the cross is the intersection of the square perpendicular to the horizon. Black cross and black circle are the sister works of black side.
This has become a concise embodiment of supremacist aesthetics. Malevich painted several versions of black squares in different periods of his career, and even went to sleep with him in the end. The supremacist works represented by this have their connotations in themselves and related things. A supreme black square doesn't symbolize anything, it's just an existence. As a result, it will eventually become the highest realm of painting art with white background and white characters.
Malevik is a devout Christian mystic. He believes that it can be proved that a painting can exist independently without any image or imitation of the outside world, which makes his art have a certain mysticism. Between 19 15 and 1923, he continued to experiment with three-dimensional sketches and models, in which he studied the form problem in three dimensions. The problems raised by these abstract three-dimensional models make "three-dimensional futurism" a transitional style, which is not only of great significance to the growth of Russian constructivism and abstract art based on constructivism in the future, but also spread to Germany and western Europe through Malevik's disciples, especially Lisicki, which has affected the design teaching of Bauhaus and the international stylization process of modern architecture.
And the process of internationalization style of modern architecture.
