Especially Chinese and English, I am very concerned about the progress of students, and I encourage them in time. Underachievers, find them to understand the reasons; I pay close attention to students who have a bad attitude in class. After mastering the first-hand information of students, we can work out strategies with the teachers in the department to seek the greatest progress of students. At the same time, I also keep close contact with my parents to analyze and educate students with them.

Strengthen contact, find out students' thoughts, have a clear aim, win the initiative in work, and thus better promote students' improvement.

Fourth, be diligent in reflection and promote improvement.

When I am busy, I sometimes calm down and reflect on myself. Today's students have better knowledge than previous students, but not anything. In addition, through the feedback of students' homework, we can find some knowledge points that students are prone to make mistakes, summarize and record them, and facilitate future teaching. In fact, there are still many shortcomings behind the achievements. Sometimes I am eager to achieve success in my work, and my ways and means are easy to be rude when I am busy. These are all things that I will try to correct in my future work.
