Buddha said, "You should have nothing to live in but a heart. Fate is you, fate is empty, there are many troubles in the world, and glitz always falls with the wind. 9. If you put it down, you will have no worries. 10. If a person can't forgive others from the heart, he will never feel at ease. 1 1. Why did you put the poison in the same bottle? Why is the same heart full of troubles? 12. No matter how bitter life is, it is also called life. All living beings drift, enlightened people go ashore, and fans drift with the tide. 13. You should always forgive all beings, no matter how bad they are, even if they hurt you, you must let go to get real happiness. 14. The world doesn't belong to you, so you don't have to abandon it. What you want to abandon is persistence. Everything is for my use, not for my use. 15. The Buddha was lying on the banks of the Heng River, without eating or washing. He tried in vain to understand Tao through physical pain. He finally understood that practice would still be trapped in the body, clinging to an idea and also trapped in an idea. 16. A leaf belongs to where it fell. A flower is fragrant wherever it blooms. Wherever a person goes, it is life. A heart is full of feelings wherever it thinks. Buddha said: Let things be as they are, and peace of mind is home. 17. Emotional attachment is the cause of distress. Only by letting go of your emotional attachment can you feel at ease. 18. No matter whether you are rich or poor, you should take your time and learn to look at life positively. When fate comes, we will get together. When fate goes, it breaks up. 23. Buddha said: A flower is a world, a leaf is a Buddha, flowers are green in spring, leaves fall in autumn, boundless prajnaparamita is at ease, and words are silent and natural. So, let nature take its course, not just because you can't get it. 24. Everything is illusory. If you see a different phase, you will see the Tathagata. Everything has a way, like a dream, like a bubble, like dew, like electricity, so look at it this way. If you see me with color and beg me with voice, you are circuitous and can't see the Tathagata. The law should be abandoned, let alone illegal? 25. Many things in buddha said life can't be met. You can't get them if you try to force them. What you can't get often comes unexpectedly. Therefore, we should have a carefree heart and let everything go with the flow, without resentment, impatience, excessiveness, compulsion, pessimism, rigidity, confusion, ecstasy, unhappiness and sadness. Fate is not resignation, but facing life with an open mind. This is the end of the classic sentence put down by Buddha. If you feel that life is too tired and overwhelmed, then you should think about it. Maybe we should stop and ask ourselves: Is this really the life I want? Are you so focused on things outside your heart that your heart is covered with dust?
