2. Activity purpose: British writer Thackeray said: "Life is a mirror, you smile , it also laughs; if you cry, it also cries. "If you are grateful to life, life will give you brilliant sunshine; if you are not grateful and only blame others, you may end up with nothing. As a part of life, college life cannot be smooth sailing. All kinds of setbacks and failures will follow. When you succeed, you have many reasons to be grateful. When you fail, there is only one reason not to be grateful. The purpose of designing this class meeting is to help students learn to view all setbacks and frustrations with gratitude through a series of activities in the class meeting, and to guide students to establish a perfect personality, a healthy mentality, and enterprising beliefs.

Activity 4: Truth or Dare by beating drums and passing flowers
