Astronauts refer to people who drive, maintain and manage spacecraft and engage in scientific research, production and military activities during space flight. Generally known as an astronaut.

The first person to go into space:

Former Soviet astronaut yuri gagarin

1961April 12, he flew around the earth 108 minutes and returned to the ground safely. Gagarin's name, together with his charming smile, has since spread to every corner of the world. America is not to be outdone. Just three weeks after Gagarin successfully entered space, American astronaut alan shepard flew in the sub-orbit of the Earth in the Mercury 3 spacecraft 15 minutes. Encouraged by this, US President Kennedy ordered the United States to land a man on the moon within 10 years after 20 days.

The first person to enter the earth's orbit:

American astronaut john glenn.

He took the first photos of the earth from space through the porthole of the Mercury 6 spacecraft. It was1February, 962, and humans saw a photo of a big ball that was mostly blue.

The first woman in space:

Soviet astronaut Valentina tereshkova

1In June, 963, the original pilot Dongfang VI took off, and Soviet astronaut Valentina tereshkova became the first woman to go into space.

The first man to walk in space;

Former Soviet astronaut Alexei leonov

1965 in March, the former Soviet astronaut Alexei leonov made the first spacewalk in the ascending spacecraft, with a time of 12 minutes. He almost failed to climb back into the cabin because of the expansion of his spacesuit.

The first man to land on the moon:

American astronaut neil armstrong.

1On July 20th, 969, Apollo 1 1 successfully landed on the moon. Neil armstrong, an American astronaut, took the lead in setting foot on the desolate and silent land of the moon, and said a famous saying that has been frequently quoted on numerous occasions since then: "This is a small step for individuals, but a big step for mankind."

The first China man to go into space;

Chinese-American scientist Wang Ganjun

1On April 29th, 985, the American space shuttle Challenger was launched. Chinese-American scientist Wang Ganjun and six American astronauts took part in a seven-day space flight. Wang Ganjun is a physicist. As a scientist, he was selected as an astronaut by NASA in 1982. After two years of rigorous training, he went into space by space shuttle and did a space science experiment. This experiment is called "zero gravity liquid experiment", that is, he uses a self-made droplet dynamics tester to study the various States of liquid in space without gravity and container.

So far, four Chinese-American astronauts have gone into space all over the world. Besides Wang Ganjun, there are Zhang Fulin, Jiao Lizhong and Ruger. Among them, Wang Ganjun was born in Yancheng, Jiangsu, and Zhang Fulin was born in Costa Rica. They all went to America and became American citizens. Jiao Lizhong and Ruger were both born in the United States. These four Chinese-American astronauts have successively entered NASA.

The first space tourist:

On April 30th, 20001,Tito, the first space tourist and American, happily entered the International Space Station and began his one-week space sightseeing life. The development of space tourism enables ordinary people to swim between stars like astronauts. According to statistics, so far, more than 400 astronauts in the world have completed space flight, of which more than half are from the United States and Russia (including the former Soviet Union).
