Han Han also said something similar according to Yu's meaning, and some lesser-known literati also shouted slogans like this. I just can't remember it at the moment.
Attached to Mr. Yu Guangzhong's original words:
"With such ten or twenty essays, can Zhu Can be called an essayist since he was young? My judgment is negative ... his observation is quite fine and suitable for static description, but his imagination is not rich enough, so the writing of the scenery is close to meticulous painting and lacks the momentum of opening and closing. His rhythm is slow, his tone is plain, his mood is stable, and his realm is gentle and drizzling, not Su Hai and Han Dynasty. He is methodical and practical, but he is generally plain and develops in order, and rarely uses reverse order and innuendo to achieve a better future. His syntax has not changed much, sometimes it is too vulgar and complicated, and it is a bit Europeanized. His metaphor is too obvious and his image is too narrow. As for sensibility, he still stays in the agricultural age, too soft and too old. His creative years, whether writing poetry or prose, are very short, with little output and little change.
